1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jjwn" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at jjwn.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the jjwn platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on jjwn in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a player's jjwn account, including both real-money deposits and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jjwn that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Funds" means Pakistani Rupees deposited by the player directly into their jjwn account via an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jjwn's international gaming license obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager, as a multiple of the bonus amount, before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on jjwn.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of account controls including deposit limits, session reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion available to all registered players.

2Acceptance of Terms

By completing the jjwn account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or otherwise accessing and using the jjwn platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable supplemental policies including jjwn's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 below;
4. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful;
5. You are accessing jjwn voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.

jjwn reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Where amendments are material, jjwn will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain a jjwn account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and for your own personal use;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jjwn or by any other regulated gaming operator;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jjwn or any associated software or service provider;
• Your participation in real-money gaming through jjwn is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You have not previously had a jjwn account closed for breach of these Terms.

jjwn may require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension pending verification.

4Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jjwn at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jjwn will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify jjwn immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a licensed operator, jjwn is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before a player may make their first deposit. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered to the same name and phone number).

jjwn processes KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended. Real Funds deposited by an account that fails KYC will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible, net of any transaction fees already incurred.

5Deposits

5.1 Accepted Methods

jjwn accepts deposits via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank internet banking. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the jjwn account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the player's jjwn balance in real time upon confirmation of successful transfer. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically credited within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours. jjwn is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

5.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit within the jjwn cashier section. jjwn reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to players.

5.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits may be decreased immediately but increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal of Real Funds is available to all players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests made against a balance that includes active Bonus Funds will be processed against the Real Funds portion only, subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.

6.2 Processing Timelines

jjwn aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to KYC status and internal review. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically the fastest to settle once approved. Bank transfers may take an additional 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless that method does not support incoming transfers, in which case the player may nominate an alternative method subject to jjwn's verification requirements. jjwn does not issue withdrawal payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the jjwn cashier section. jjwn reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments, notifying the player of the intended schedule.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jjwn are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. Wagering Requirements are specified per promotion and typically range between 20x and 40x the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jjwn takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. jjwn reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

7.4 Loyalty Program

The jjwn Loyalty Program rewards regular players with tier-based benefits. Full terms governing the Loyalty Program, including tier criteria, point accrual, and reward redemption, are set out on the Loyalty Program page and form part of these Terms by reference.

8Games & Sports Betting

8.1 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on jjwn use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios and are subject to their respective regulatory oversight.

8.2 Sports Betting

jjwn's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs), football, and other sports. All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Settled bets are final except in cases of manifest error, which jjwn reserves the right to void and re-settle at the correct odds.

8.3 Bet Acceptance

jjwn reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant market has closed, where a manifest pricing error exists, or where jjwn reasonably suspects the bet forms part of a prohibited betting strategy.

8.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game or sporting event, jjwn's decision on the settlement of affected bets and game rounds shall be final. Where a casino game round cannot be completed due to a platform error, jjwn will endeavour to restore the player's balance to the state it was in immediately before the round commenced.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjwn and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform outside of normal player use;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain a financial advantage and failing to report the error to jjwn;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jjwn accounts as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after funds have been credited and used;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jjwn staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access or tamper with jjwn systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.

10Responsible Gaming

jjwn is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our obligation to minimise that harm seriously.

10.1 Available Tools

All registered players have access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period before the platform restricts further play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanent. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets on jjwn.

10.2 Age Verification Commitment

jjwn uses KYC processes to verify that all players are aged 21 or above. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source of deposit where possible.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the jjwn platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design — is the property of jjwn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwn platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jjwn content;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on jjwn software or game content;
• Use jjwn's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any manner without prior written consent;
• Scrape, frame, or embed any jjwn content in third-party websites or applications.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwn and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside jjwn's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials confidential;
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains inaccuracies outside jjwn's control;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jjwn's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

13Privacy & Data Protection

jjwn collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to jjwn's collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by jjwn includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, and usage data. This data is used to operate the platform, fulfil regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the player experience. jjwn does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14Suspension & Termination

14.1 By jjwn

jjwn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where jjwn reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false or misleading information;
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9;
• jjwn is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order;
• The player's continued use poses a risk to the platform's security or integrity.

Upon termination for cause, jjwn reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Funds will be returned to the player net of any amounts owed to jjwn, following completion of any required investigation.

14.2 By the Player

Players may close their jjwn account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing and KYC confirmation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jjwn's international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the jjwn platform, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. jjwn will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with jjwn's response, you may escalate the dispute to jjwn's compliance team. Details will be provided in the response to your initial complaint.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the matter remains unresolved, you may refer it to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulatory authority designated under jjwn's international gaming license.

No class action, representative action, or private attorney general action shall be permitted against jjwn. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
